Aeiro Man Super Biathlon by Running Guild

This event is a Tri, Bi or Dua thalon event by the Running Guild

There are different category and distances and mix and match between the 3 types of exercises, Swim , Bike and Run.  Was very tempted to do the super tri.  But I realise that cycling portion is going to kill my time as a 100Km for me is likely to take 4 hours, which after I am not sure if I can still run a Half Marathon.  That being said.  It would have been a good training for half Iron Man though.  Brings me back to thinking, how did all these people do full ironman in less than 17 hours.

Standard Chartered Marathon 2019

Guiding for the 5th year this time.  This time round I got to guide a special needs boy, Ryan, whom I had ran with a couple of times.  He is very apt to sprinting.

Joined this year for the half marathon, actually it was my first half marathon with SCMS, it was either 10km or FM.  Ever since I stopped running the SCMS full marathon in 2014, I have been doing the 10km with Running Hour buddies and for the first time this year doing a HM.
